OverviewTo maintain this growth trajectory, we are recruiting for a dedicated VP, with full P&L responsibility, to lead this growing business. The VP, Demand Programs will own all aspects of accelerating growth and business profitability.ResponsibilitiesFull P&L responsibility for all Demand ProgramsBusiness vision/strategy, working with other product lines to determine where to playPartner management responsibilities across Metasearch players (Google, TripAdvisor, Kayak, Trivago, etc.), Consortia partners (Amex, CWT, BDC Travel, etc.) and vendors servicing each of the businessesProduct packaging, pricing, and go to market plansProduct roadmap ownership including new programs, product enhancements and new channelsEngaging and actively managing our largest clients and developing processes to efficiently manage core clientsEnd to end operational optimization, including reporting and back office enrollment processes, making the business scalable and evaluating all aspects of the businessBasic QualificationsBA/BS degree requiredMust have 5+ years of people management experienceMust have 10+ years of product management experienceMust have 5+ years of P&L experienceMust have 5+ years of Roadmap ownership experienceMust have 5+ years of B2B experience in a sales driven cultureAdditional CharacteristicsMasters degree preferred10+ years of Hospitality experience or technology experienceGrowth oriented thought leader, leveraging data and analytical approach to shape strategies and go to market plansCreative problem solver with the ability to see the big picture but also the desire to dive into details to find new growth opportunitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsBright, quick, pro-active decision maker with strong people skills, who can adapt quickly to the company's operating environment and capture the trust and respect of colleagues at all levelsEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
