Collins Aerospace is seeking a creative Employment Brand Lead to join the newly formed Talent Attraction & Experience team. In this role, you will help to design, build and execute the overall employment brand strategy for the Collins Aerospace enterprise.

The Employment Brand Lead will partner with all areas of the organization globally including talent management, diversity & inclusion, corporate communications, marketing as well as with several key stakeholders and leaders in the business. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Candidate Experience: Oversee candidate experience and engagement. Survey, monitor and report results. Create new ideas and solutions to continually improve candidate experience and map the candidate journey.
  • Channel Identification & Management : Identify and oversee recruitment and marketing channels including social media, e-review sites, job boards, blogs, groups, conferences, publications and other channels to build successful awareness campaigns.
  • External Brand Content: Contribute in the EVP development and build a variety of content to include stories, photos and videos. Ensure content is engaging and increases applicant traffic across all channels. Develop a mix of content strategies for campaigns and talent pipelines such as diversity, veterans, students and digital talent.
  • Internal Brand Content: Develop an internal employer branding program empowering Collins employees to become brand ambassadors and talent attraction advocates. Train the talent acquisition team and broader organization on employment branding best practices and equip them with tools to optimally communicate with prospects and candidates.
  • Careers Website: Manage the Collins careers website and mobile. Ensure the site has current content ongoing such as employee stories and day-in-the-life videos. Build microsites for specific business areas with high and/or niche talent attraction needs. Find ways to increase website visibility with search engines.
  • Social Media: Own social media presence by generating and sharing daily content. Respond to comments and build long-lasting connections within the social media communities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for e-review sites, job boards, advertising agencies and others as needed. Ensure the work produced is highly satisfactory and meets established targets.
  • Events: Build and maintain a global plug and play events branding toolkit to include flyers, signage, etc. Train the team on event tools.
  • Research & Ideation: Research competitor practices and trends to ensure we remain a leader in employment branding. Stay current on emerging recruitment marketing technologies and make recommendations to further advance talent attraction initiatives and campaigns.
  • Data & Analytics: Provide guidance to the business and talent acquisition team on labor supply and demand and market talent trends. Analyze recruitment marketing efforts, campaigns and channels to measure effectiveness.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • This position requires a Bachelor s degree in the appropriate discipline and 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Successful track record in marketing strategy, content and outreach.
  • Experience supporting employment branding or similar creative field (in-house or agency).
  • Knowledge of the talent acquisition function.
  • Great storyteller with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive decisions.
  • Fluent in MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing data in talent market research and surveys.
  • Comfortable working with technologies around campaign management and analytics such as CRM s, Facebook ecosystem, Google analytics, etc.
  • Some travel may be required.
