Position Description

The Pricing Coordinator will support Program Management and Sales with coordination of pricing and costing while maintaining a high level of data integrity in deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update pricing/costing on accounts as assigned including customer specific outputs.
  • Create and distribute time sensitive documents to internal/external customers.
  • Interface with other departments for item sourcing needs and pricing issues as needed.
  • Manage group mailbox for incoming documents and problem resolution as needed.
  • Responsible for timely management of vendor increases/decreases for assigned accounts.
  • Assign and research customers with appropriate pricing and costing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Required Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma Required or College Degree Preferred
  • 2 years general business experience, required
  • Proficiency in all PC software applications (MS Office Suite products) to include spreadsheets (formulas), word processing, email, etc., required
