What youll be doing...
The Business Transformation organization is responsible for partnering with Wireline Center and Field Operations teams to drive operational efficiency through process improvement. To enhance our ability to deliver business optimization, we are hiring a manager levelposition within the Operations Control Center support team, focused on creating best in class customer experiences and improving profitability. Using the VLSS tools and methodologies for numerous large initiatives, you will transform data into insights and recommendations to improve the customer and employee experience. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading multiple cross-functional stakeholderteams, implementing strategic enterprise-wide efficiency-driving programs.
Evaluating opportunities for the creation of complex business cases/models with the VLSS tools and methodologies, as well as a thorough analysis and understanding of key drivers, assumptions, and scenarios.
Collaborating with cross-functional leadership in prioritization of initiatives and development of a strategic roadmap.
Identifying business gaps, defining process and technical solutions and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
Delivering cost savings by transforming the business through automation and process improvement.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to manage multiple projects start to finish, keeping stakeholder teams engaged, measuring and analyzing data andpresenting regular updates toexecutive leadership in support of the BT mission: Drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that expand our market leadership, drive revenue and margin growth and allow us to most effectively and efficiently serve our customers.
You'll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong presentation skills
Data management, architecture, analysis and agile development experience
Project management credentials
Lean Six Sigma experience
Work experience in center / field operations
