As a critical member of the Corporate Services Group (CSG) in the Global Technology Services (GTS) team, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation. As a leader in Bill to Cash (B2C) technology, you will have responsibility for the oversight of demand intake and prioritization, capital budget and spend monitoring, application development IT managed services vendor partnership, and development of client-facing relationships. You will manage a team of professionals responsible for building collaboration not only with B2C business partners, but across other CIO technology teams, stakeholder groups in all lines of business, and with external vendor teams. You will help define optimal working models and processes to effectively and efficiently request, track and monitor development work, and to share results with business partners.
Manage project demand from business partners and outside teams; facilitate work requests/task orders.
Assist business partners with the development of business cases, including feasibility review, level of effort estimation, prioritization, governance review support.
Participate in cross-CIO forums not only for vendor coordination but also to gain valuable insight about outside demand and business priorities impacting B2C.
Lead critical issue resolution, escalation and tracking of progress when there are priority conflicts and drive ownership & mitigation of risks raised by business & partners.
Maintain support oversight for the full B2C space: Fraud, Payments, Consumer Credit and Collections, Enterprise Collections, Revenue Assurance, Settlements, Reporting Analytics and Operations and Wholesale, leading teams to align work priority with business and impacted IT - provide support as needed not only to business partners but technical/development team members to overcome obstacles and remove roadblocks.
Coordinate, edit and distribute key B2C communications including status reports and partnership decks.
Develop effective tracking method for projected vs actual benefits of implemented projects.
Be the point of contact for vendor management forums, project management tool pilot/test, and other IT managed services collaboration needs.
What were looking for...
Youll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of IT Project Management experience.
Supervisory experience, including management of full time employees and contractors.
Even better if you have:
MBA or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or any other related discipline.
Experience developing content for leadership and communicating program risks and dependencies.
Experience driving operational and financial management and reporting, ability to design and solve for metrics across quality, productivity, user experience, innovation and cost.
Skills in G Suite and MS Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Experience in Process definition and Governance models.
Vendor management experience.
Experience with Clarity and JIRA.
Knowledge and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) and scaled Agile framework.
Ability to guide and coach a large and diverse globally distributed team to remain focused on value delivery and execute in advanced agile practices.
Ability with negotiation skills to help team be outcome-focused.
Demonstrated strong writing and verbal communication skills; capability to communicate across all levels of management.
