W Services Group, LLC a leading North American Facilities Management Organization is seeking a Cleaning Services Manager to join it's growing team. The Cleaning Services Manager will be responsible for managing the Cleaning Services Department. This position includes heavy phone work at least 75% of your day. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory, call center experience, high attention to detail, excellent phone customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
Manage and monitor Cleaning Services Department
Coordinate, manage and monitor work order process for contractor and direct employee cleaning services
Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals to maximize output
Monitor adherence to rules and procedures
Monitor performance and implement improvements
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
Manage Customer Service aspect of the Department
Act as a point of escalation for Client contacts as necessary
Assist in development of strategic plans for operational activity, implement and manage operational plans
Critical thinking and problems solving skills
Bi-lingual a plus (English & Spanish)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years janitorial/industry and/or retail experience
Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proficient MS applications
Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to fulfill the position objectives
