This position reports to the Concur Team Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Global Concur Travel & Expense tool is fully functioning and available for Waters business travelers to book travel and submit their expense claims. The Concur system should reflect current Waters T&E policies and local regulatory requirements at all times and the Concur System Administrator II is accountable for ensuring that it does.
* Leverage applicable technology systems and oversee procedures to ensure proper maintenance of employee services and month end processes * Configure Concur for changes to policies and rules * Coordinate unit testing and validation of changes * Liaise with Concur User Admin team for system enhancements and associated testing * Liase with Waters BT for required changes due to regulatory, compliance or SAP upgrades * Manage escalated requests from Global User base * Resolve complex issues associated with failed data feeds, both inbound and outbound to Concur * Submits cases with Customer Support and works through resolution of problems * Assist T&E Manager and P2P Global Process Owner to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices
* Bachelors Degree * 3+ years experience using Concur * Strong attention to detail * Business process improvement skills * Knowledge, insight, and experience in systems maintenance * Capable of working independently and applying problem-solving and analytical skills in accounting processes * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
