Responsibilities: Research, design, develop, execute and continuously improve talent development solutions such as career framework, Talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, performance management, and others. Build and execute on plans for high impact, high visibility talent and organization development efforts that support strategic priorities. Oversee global and/or regional program development and implementation projects. Build and maintain relationships with others to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensure effective solutions are in place to meet those needs and respond with agility to changing business priorities. Builds strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, and other internal & external partners. Act as change agent, and build strategies and plans for programs, projects, initiatives and services to improve organizational performance. Provide coaching and direction to key talent within the organization. Manage communication programs and monitors effectiveness measures Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 10years of experience in Talent Development and/or related area of Human Resources. 3 years of experience consulting with internal business leaders and groups. Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, planning and execution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively present to senior leaders Strong change management experience, ability to drive organizational change and build capabilities that effectively balance the need to be efficient with the need to deliver innovative and agile solutions Proven ability to operate successfully and be effective in a high change environment and comfortable dealing with a certain amount of ambiguity. Able to influence and achieve alignment across a range of different opinions and interests. Demonstrated ability to build strong and open working relationships characterized by mutual respect between superiors, peers and others within the organization, up, down and across the organization. Strong project management skills and ability to manage end-to-end projects as well as multiple priorities at the same time. Experience working in global company, capability to work collaboratively within a global virtual team.
