Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.



Wells Fargo Corporate Finance supports all Wholesale lines of business (LOBs) for credit analytics and federal regulatory reporting through a highly professional and diverse team. The Wholesale Y-14 Oversight team leader will support Wholesale's federal regulatory reporting requirements for the quarterly Capital Assessments and Stress Testing (14Q/M) submissions.



Key responsibilities would include the following:



* Analyzing of Wholesale's 14Q/M data - performing data analysis, trend reporting, building stronger quality control/assurance processes and procedures.

* Assisting with projects based on the data analysis

* Assisting with requirements gathering, prioritization, testing and implementation of identified projects

* Collaborating with Wholesale LOB's to communicate the analysis and addressing questions

* Assisting with the documentation of processes/procedures

* Assisting with audits (internal and external)

* Supporting the Governance & Oversight (G&O) Framework

* Providing input into decision-making



Preferred locations for this position is Charlotte, NC no option for telecommute.

Required Qualifications:



* 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting; or a BS/BA or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics, reporting, financial modeling, statistical modeling, finance, or accounting





Desired Qualifications:



* A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis

* Risk and finance regulatory reporting experience

* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

* Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications

* Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders







* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
