*Corporate Risk* helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.



The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.



The position is part of the *Reputation Risk Oversight (RRO)* team which is housed within the *Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM)* group. The role will entail working on enterprise risk programs for RRO, contributing to ongoing enhancements and integrating the risk programs.



Key responsibilities include:



*New Business Initiatives (NBI)*



* Perform Independent Risk Management (IRM) on behalf of RRO for new products/services, modification to products/services, and perform ongoing assessments of existing products/services governed by the NBI program

* Identify direct reputation risks associated with NBI as well as potential reputation impacts stemming from operational breakdowns or other risk areas

* Challenge NBI analysis, ratings or controls as needed and work with product teams to ensure risk mitigation when appropriate



*Enterprise Risk Identification (ERID)*



* Participate in key ERID program requirements for RRO

* Partner with internal stakeholders to collect and analyze reputation metrics for application to the RRO ERID program

* Credibly challenge reputation impact ratings for risks in the ERID inventory

* Collaborate with the RRO stress testing team to ensure effective inputs into Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR) and Mid-cycle stress testing

* Contribute to ongoing program and assessment enhancements



*Issues Management (IM)*



* Participate in RROs Issues Management program

* Perform independent risk management reviews of issues generated throughout the bank with reputation impact

* Engage in the ongoing enhancement on RROs issues management program



*Other General Expectations:*



* Integrate the enterprise risk programs by leveraging the data and analysis associated with the other programs as appropriate.

* Communicate findings to senior management

* Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization

* Contribute to reporting for board review

* Other duties as needed



Preferred locations are Wells Fargo Major Hubs - May consider highly qualified applicants outside of major hubs.

Required Qualifications:



* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, risk, or audit









* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
