In this role, you will consult and provide leadership to technical managers, project managers, and virtual team members across many sectors towards successful implementation and release planning, solution preparation, delivery to target groups, and measurement of initiatives that are complex and strategic in nature. You might also provide matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to support horizontal processes, implementations and execution.

*Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:*



* Evaluates current business and technical environments to determining the most effective implementation strategy in partnership with cross functional groups in support of key frameworks in the area of release planning and implementation, demand management and intake processes, and forecast and capacity management deliverables and reporting.

* Collaborates with all critical business and technical partners, project managers and implementation leads to define framework, projects, key initiatives, process optimization, target implementation goals, communication plans and strategies, and identify the business and technical process model and/or timing/bundling for implementations.

* Working directly with technical application teams to support application development targets, analytics and reporting needs.

* Assists in determining size, scope, impacts, risk, budget and strategy to build and strengthen these areas of capability for operational excellence and effective risk management; presenting recommendations for senior management review.

* Provides consultation, requirements, tools, direction to business units performing their own solution preparation (for less complex projects) to ensure standards are met.

* Orchestrating financial reporting and communication for project and technical resource forecast cycle submissions for project and financial planning across multiple organizations.

We are looking for a team member with strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills to support key implementation dates and deadlines as the primary task is to create seamless interaction, process implementation and shared deployment events across many impacted groups, partner interdependencies and team members to facilitate to key events and timelines.

Required Qualifications:



* 4+ years of implementation experience

* 3+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

* 4+ years of business systems analysis or design experience

* 3+ years of release management experience

* 3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both

* 2+ years of process design or improvement experience

* 2+ years of financial services experience

* 1+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel





Desired Qualifications:



* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support

* Knowledge and understanding of Agile

* Mortgage operations experience

* Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

* Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

* Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

* Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

* Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills







* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
