*Wells Fargo Technology* sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.



This position will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 100+ FTEs and managed resources (contractors). Our team is heavily focused on information security data and analytics. We manage and support several operational data stores, where we collect and process data from over 65 unique systems/sources. In addition, we develop/support several critical access management applications, maintain over 80 online dashboards, produce over 70 recurring information security reports, ensure 200+ Info Security vendors are managed in compliance with corporate requirements, serve as Info Sec interface into enterprise Insider Threat program, and assist with special information security projects as needed. This position will also oversee engagement of an off-shore support team of 15-20 FTE in India. Will require periodic direct interaction with CISO (and other senior information security leaders), Technology leadership, Audit leadership, Operational Risk leadership and external regulators.

As a *Team Member Manager*, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:



* Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.



Required Qualifications:



* 6+ years of management experience

* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience with 4+ years direct experience in information security





Desired Qualifications:



* Budget management experience

* Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

* Knowledge and understanding of Big Data

* Knowledge and understanding of emerging data platforms and analytic tools Hadoop, Aster, and R-

* Knowledge and understanding of establishing or managing cyber threat management capabilities and functions

* Knowledge and understanding of global corporations or global regulators in the information security domain

* Knowledge and understanding of regulatory agencies: Federal Reserve and OCC

* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

* Experience streamlining large scale enterprise operations support groups that impact multiple business functions and geographic locations

* Experience leading, developing, and implementing information security strategies across a complex organization

* Experience interacting with Senior technology leaders







* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
