This role oversees the client servicing of Treasury Management products and services for the business-to-business segment of Wells Fargo Bank. This position sets the strategy and vision for the group to continue as a leader in the client service experience. The person in this role is integral to the success of the business-to- business segment since service is a key differentiator that helps retain the customer with Wells Fargo and Treasury. This role is responsible for both ensuring the team remains compliant to all policy and procedures, and advocating for the customers to ensure the highest quality of customer experience is delivered to include meeting and exceeding customers' expectations. Failure to deliver a high quality servicing can impact the revenue of the Treasury Management business and Wells Fargo Bank. The experience that is delivered to our customers sets the stage for future sales opportunities. Efforts in this area have a material impact to internal and external stakeholders and partners with significant financial, risk, reputational, operational, and process impacts.



This role actively interactions all levels within the organization including executive and enterprise leaders. This role acts along with the group, acts as the customer advocate keeping internal partners abreast to the voice of the customer and ensuring we continue to evolve the servicing delivery to meet the new digital age of customer service.



* _Vision & Strategy_*



The person filling this role will establish the vision, strategy and execution for Treasury Management Client Service in delivering best-in-class servicing experiences. Vision, strategy and execution will include, but are not limited to, the introduction of new tools, process automation, customer collateral, compliance, and new engagement opportunities to offer consultative advice and thought leadership to our customers and internal partners. This role will execute on short/medium term initiative and long-term operational strategies will include partnership with executive leadership to deliver the successful execution of a digital offering target operating model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Talent acquisition and management; creating a culture of inclusiveness and accountability; engaging and motivating team members to embrace the vision of TMCS, Treasury Management and Wells Fargo; providing team member and leadership development opportunities; coaching teams to high performance and provide feedback; recognizing team members for exemplary performance; representing TMCS and fostering relationships with partners and key stakeholders; ensuring team members have the tools and support needed to be successful including the strategy and ongoing development of servicing tools; being the escalation point for customer & partner issues and concerns; annual compensation exercise; promotion approvals; and performance reviews.



*_Risk Management/Financial Management_*



The person in this role will: ensure appropriate operating procedures, controls, and risk programs are in place to protect customers and the bank; escalation, resolution and approval of risk and compliance issues. Establish and manage to annual operating and FTE budgets; identify opportunities for operating efficiencies while supporting revenue growth. Lead and support a large, transformative, complex, critical risk business set overall strategy and drive business process improvement. Identify and achieve measurable outcomes in a timely, cost effective and team centered manner.





Required Qualifications:



* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

* 6+ years of management experience in a planning environment
