Specialist, Integrated Solutions, Forecasting and Planning

The Specialist, Integrated Solutions Forecasting & Planning is responsible for working across the organization to evaluate demand to ensure appropriate resources, planning and support capability are in place to facilitate a successful Integrated Solutions program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with Integrated Solutions Program Management team, Analytical Services, and Project Management teams for each of the service organizations to understand customer program requirements and timelines
Utilize business tools (such as SAP, CRM) to evaluate forecast demand and scheduled hours to create capacity models
Review templates, radmaps and proposals
Generate and/or update Integrated Solutions proposals as needed
Review CRM Integrated Solutions opportunities for compliance, tracking and reporting
Communicate and explain capacity plans using models to make recommends for meeting customers critical timelines
Identify and communicate process gaps and make recommendations for optimization
Attend internal teams meetings such as NPG weekly meeting, Business Review, and Demand Review
Coordination of the service codes in SAP
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
3 5 Years of experience
Experience in a laboratory or Pharmaceutical company preferred
Capacity modeling and allocation planning
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Confident, self-starter who can independently own the process, present facts and be able to communicate with people at all levels and departments
Knowledge with planning or scheduling tools such as SAP or MS Project
Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills, including trend analysis
Leading edge analytical capabilities including high level excel and working knowledge of optimization
Excellent written and oral communication
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point, Power BI.
Must be able to function in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
Able to comply with the company s safety policy at all times
Able to comply with the company s quality policy at all times.
