Description We are presently looking for a Research, Reporting and Reconciliation in our Rosemont, IL location. Position will research, report and reconcile issues in a variety of mortgage servicing functions across several departments, within the organization. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurate processing, clearing and reporting of all General Ledger reconciliation items, including: ACH and NSF clearing, posting rejects, Unapplied Funds.
Analyze, research and resolve complex inquiries through tasks in compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines.
Research open items and resolve priority issues by working with various departments within the company and other outside sources.
Assist in the preparation of key performance indicators on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Review and address all research requests for quality, completeness and accuracy.
Process Loan C-P and traditional Modifications, Recasts and ARM notices
Participate in special projects for the department as assigned.
Ensure proper file maintenance on customer loans.
Take ultimate accountability for the achievement of goals set forth by management.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Job Requirements:
College Degree in Finance or Accounting
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines and attention to detail.
Strong written and communication skills to communicate with all levels of management required.
Ability to work as a team and interact with other departments.
Must have excellent problem solving skills.
Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
Advanced in the use of Excel
Must possess a working knowledge of computers to include MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
