Resolve all Staples Remedy tickets related toXerox
Submit and manage all electrical requests on behalf ofStaples
Analyst engagement for supportissues
Submit extension, buyout and retentionrequests as directed by Staples
Resolve invoice issues
Support and maintain accuracy of asset locations
Schedule, track and report on Marketing Associateinitiatives and progress
Manage large scale deployments/expirations. Provideand track weekly plans and status updates
Provide data analytics and input on placementstrategies
Utilize dataanalytics to drive service actions and improvements
Qualifications Candidate Education :
Professional Certifications:Preferred Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI or PRINCE 2 and ITIL)
Candidate Background :
Minimum Experience in successfully delivering projects to required scope, quality, timescale and budget
Minimum Experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced contract environment
Minimum Project related change management experience
Preferred Experience of Xerox Technology; of Xerox Partner Technology; and of Managed Print Services. Will have a network of relations across the relevant parts of the Xerox business and be capable of leveraging that network in support of achieving workstream and project goals.
